Today we will discuss a couple exercise we can do at home to get abs fast. Don't forget to implement a good six pack diet along with all these exercises to get the best results.
Exercise 1: Abdominal Bicycles. To do this exercise lay on your back with your feet in the air. Move your feet in a motion as if you were pedaling a bicycle. Do about 25 pedals and repeat this 5 times.
Exercise 2: Crunches. Lay on your back for this exercise also. Put your feet close to your butt. Cross your arms on your chest with one hand on either shoulder. Raise your shoulders off the ground just high enough to get about half your back off the ground. Do 25 crunches and repeat this 5 times as well.
