Today we will discuss a couple exercise we can do at home to get abs fast. Don't forget to implement a good six pack diet along with all these exercises to get the best results.
Exercise 1: Abdominal Bicycles. To do this exercise lay on your back with your feet in the air. Move your feet in a motion as if you were pedaling a bicycle. Do about 25 pedals and repeat this 5 times.
Exercise 2: Crunches. Lay on your back for this exercise also. Put your feet close to your butt. Cross your arms on your chest with one hand on either shoulder. Raise your shoulders off the ground just high enough to get about half your back off the ground. Do 25 crunches and repeat this 5 times as well.

Rock Hard Abs With Exercise Ball
Today we will concentrate on exercises with an exercise/fitness ball. A fitness ball is one of the best peices of equiptment you can buy for your home workout.
You can purchase an exercise/fitness ball at many large chain department stores like Target, or Wal-mart. If you can't get to one of those try looking around on the internet, they are easy to find.
One very good exercise you can do it a bridge. You put your ankles on the ball and your hands on the ground. Hold this for around 35 seconds. Do this 4-5 times. As you gain more strenghth you can start to hold it longer.

Get Abs Fast Workout Tips
Getting rock hard abs is on many peoples mind these days. It's almost spring time and you know that means bikinis and swim suites. With a good workout routine you can be on your way in no time. This will be kind of an over view of workout routines to do. I'll go into detail on these in future post.
Everything I'll mention can be done at home. If you can afford to get a gym membership then even better, but if not that is fine. If you are like me and can't afford a gym membership then all you'll need is an exercise ball and some dumbbells. You can get these at many department stores like target and wal-mart. Also look on amazon, they have a great selection.
Don't focus on only abdominal exercises. You should vary your exercises to your entire body. This will not only help you get in shape but also help you shed the pounds faster.
